Sanitation is PARTICULARLY important to us. Proper sanitation prevents the spread of fungal and bacterial diseases from one client to the next and helps to ensure safe working conditions within the salon. Shades The Nail Bar takes sanitation to another level. A dedicated staff member is responsible for THOROUGHLY cleaning each station after being used by clients.
- Customers are instructed to wash hands.
- Nail technicians must sanitize customers’ hands prior to starting manicure services.
- Pedicure bowls are cleaned and wrapped with fresh liners before each customer.
- Implements are cleaned, disinfected in wet sanitizer, and then sterilized with a medical grade autoclave.
- Nail files, buffers, foot files, pumice stones and paraffin wax are only used once.
